Student should attend the entrance exam and must score at least 60% in the written test and 40% in oral test, to get admission to any class.

RECOMMEDENTION TO PARENTS
- Parents are an integral part of the school the school expects the co-operate in enforcing all the guidelines that will benefit the child and assist in the smooth functioning of the school.
- The calendar serves as a bridge between teachers, students and parents.
- Parents are requested to go through annual school calendar and respond to any comments made by the teacher and make sure that the homework is done regularly.
- Parents are requested to contact only concerned person for concerned issues, strictly advice not to contact management for silly reasons.
- The school insist on strict punctually, regular school attendance of min 75% attendance.
- Regulations regarding uniform, cleanliness in dress, good grooming is compulsory without which student will be fines 10rs per day.
- Complete uniform looks like clean pressed uniform, well-polished shoes with clean socks, belt and ID card in good Condition with combed hairs.
- Fee payment deadlines are fixed, failing to it will cost you fine on daily basis as mentioned in receipt during admission.
- Parents are not allowed to meet students during school hours, unless medical issues.
- Parents are not allowed to meet teachers on other days then mentioned day and timings.
- Students are not allowed to wear any anklets, bracelets, bangles or neck decorates, failing to it will be fined and will be taken strict action.
- As the school is English medium it is a request to parents to motivate children to communicate in English even at home.
- Students who come to school by their own conveyance must be in school before 10 min of the school prayer. Students who report late to school for second time in a given month will be sent back to home.
DISCIPLINE CODE
A. The following acts and conducts on the part of the students will amount to misconduct for which strict action
will be taken against the students.
1. Misbehavior towards teachers or any other employee of the institution.
2. Intentional disturbance of classes.
3. Absence for classes without the permission of the class teacher.
4. Bullying/intimidating others.
5. Indulging in physical violence in any manner.
6. Disobeying to teacher or headmaster.
7. Theft of school/student’s property.
8. Not coming to school with proper uniform.
B. In case of misconduct, school shall take action as per observation which may involve
1. Oral warming to students.
2. Written warning.
3. Suspension of one day from classes/school.
4. After three warnings one week suspension.
5. After 5 consecutive warnings in case of no improvement he/she will be suspended from school.
6. And admission will be cancelled.

TRANSPORTATION RULES
- Parents are requested not to board school buses to see off or receive their kids.
- Every bus is accompanied by attender
- Parents should not try to overtake and atop the school bus to facilitate the boarding of their wards as this endangers the safety of the bus and its occupants. This act will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Parents should not argue with the driver or attender. If there is any problem, a written communication should be forwarded to the administrative office.
- A student using the school bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least ten minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving bus. The scheduled pick-up time is available with the Transport-in-charge at the school. The school reserves the right to alter the timings, routes and stops as and when necessary.
- Students are issued a Bus Route No. So, students should board that particular bus only
- If any parent whose child is availing school transport service wishes to take their ward privately in his/her own transport, he/she has to collect the permission Slip form the school authorities
- Students are allowed to use only the allotted bus and bus stop. No change can be allowed without prior written permission of the school.
- If a student misses his allotted bus, he should not try to board any other bus. It is the responsibility of the parents to drop off their wards to the school. However, the student will return by the allotted bus.
- The school will not be held responsible for any lapse in the bus services. In case of any discrepancy, parents may meet the Transport-in-charge.
- The buses will not wait for latecomers.
- No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it comes to a complete halt. The front door of the bus is the only authorized entrance and exit.
- Boarding and alighting from buses should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
- Students must not move around in the bus when it is in motion.
- Students most not put any part of their body outside the bus. They should not put there hands out even for waving.
- No Object should be discarded inside or thrown outside the bus.
- Consumption of edibles is not permitted in the buses.
- The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
- The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stops only. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all buses commuters and is always subject to change.
- The bus monitor on duty is responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be reported to Co-Ordinator immediately.
- In case of any change of temporary or permanent nature in transport pick-up/drop point or transport change. Of a temporary or permanent nature. In transport route the permission for the same has to be sought by making an application to the transport department at the school
- The transport service amount is payable along with the school fees on a biannual basis only.
- Bus services will be discontinued without further notice for children who do not follow bus rules. Damage accessories in the bus. Offend passers - by with their action or words.
- If any student is reported to throwing object outside from the school bus. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
